Weight Loss Coaching
As your health and weight loss coach I will work with you on a variety of health and personal development issues using different skills and techniques. Every session or programme is tailored to suit your individual needs and can be done face to face, via skype or in some cases distantly. I use a variety of methods which include energy psychology and healing modalities such as EFT, Kinesiology, Access Bars, and Theta Healing. You can find out more about these methods here.
Coaching Programmes and Individual Sessions
I offer 6 and 12 week coaching programmes for mindful eating and for health and personal development. Although I also offer individual sessions, for any form of personal development or mindful eating I would always advise starting with the 6 week programme as personal development of any kind does involve following a process, which can take take time and having one session is not really enough.
Weight Loss Coaching Programmes
6 week or 12 week programme
This programme is ideal for someone who wants:
- To gain education and mind skills that will ensure long term success
- A personal coach/mentor to help you work out exactly why you have this problem and what can be done to change it
- Confidential advice tailored to your specific lifestyle, personality issues
- Regular appointments in order to work through any issues as they arise, to monitor your progress and to give you encouragement and support
What is the programme about?
This coaching programme is a process that will allow you to achieve lasting results while managing your weight and being mindful of what you eat. It will allow you to work closely with me and share any concerns or problems you may develop. I can offer you my expert guidance and knowledge when it comes to weight management and understanding your relationship with food. This coaching programme will help you:
- Discover how you may have been sabotaging yourself and what you can do change this! Get insight into the problem
- Learn how to change your behaviour in a way that supports you
- With so many different diets and confusing information, learn what works and what doesn’t
- Discover how your habits and beliefs about food are making you fatter and what to do to change this
- How to get back in control of your eating and still enjoy lovely food.
- Work towards your goal with support and feedback on a weekly basis to keep you on track

Individual Coaching Sessions £55 for 60 mins
The process of “Running your Bars” involves lightly touching 32 energy points on your head.During a session you just lie down or recline back on a chair fully clothed while each point on your head is gently touched.
Bars Full Sessions £50 60 mins
This can be done in person, fully clothed and usually lying down. The session usually lasts at least 60mins. It is wonderfully relaxing, lying down and drifting off knowing that all your old files are gently being deleted from your memory bank.
Bars Taster Session £15 20mins
This is exactly the same as a Full session but only lasts for 20 minutes and please don,t think you will not benefit from 20 minutes………you will!
‘Distance’ Bars session
This is exactly the same as the full session or taster session and the price is the same. You can receive this anywhere in the world and can be done while you sleep or while you sit or lie quietly. Just relax, let go and receive!

Learning to run Bars for others
As a Bars Facilitator I am also able to help you learn how to run Bars for other people such as family, friends, relatives or clients. This involves attending a one day Workshop/Training Day. I run these workshops or training days throughout Scotland when there are 4 or more people who want to attend.
During The Bars Training day you will:
- learn how to run the Bars
- receive two Bars sessions
- give two Bars sessions
